It's an overwhelmingly desirable thing, procrastination. The lure of pushing off the difficult or undesirable to let our tomorrow-selves deal with the issue is a very strong temptation to fight. Today we are reading an article (link below) that deals very well with our propensity to procrastinate, and looking at how the Bible addresses it.
